Music education – or child abuse?

Depending on where you stand on the question of multiple banjo bands, this video posted by the American Banjo Museum may delight or repulse you.

It features the Next Generation Banjo Band from the Windsor Banjo Club performing an all-banjo arrangement of Norwegian Wood in a 2006 recital. There are no five strings in evidence, but it’s still all banjo, all the time.

The American Banjo Museum has a wealth of historical information available on display at their 21,000 square foot facility in Oklahoma City. It also houses the National Four String Banjo Hall of Fame, which is the museum’s primary focus.
