Cubero Brothers on Spanish TV

Event Details

Here’s one for our Spanish-speaking readers…

The Cubero Brothers (Los Hermanos Cubero) appeared this past Sunday on Mapa Sonoro, aired on Spanish public television. The show, which translates roughly as Sound Map, also is available internationally on Spanish language cable channels.

Enrique and Roberto Cubero have found a strong following for their unique hybrid style which combines bluegrass mandolin and guitar playing with the traditional folk music of Spain. In the episode below, they talk about their approach and their music, and perform a live version of their latest single, Flor de Canciones.
