The International Bluegrass Music Association has announced the list of artists invited to showcase during the 2016 World of Bluegrass convention in Raleigh, NC.
It demonstrates just how widely the selection committee interprets the scope of the bluegrass community worldwide.

- Missy Raines and The New Hip
- Molly Tuttle Band
- Old Salt Union
- Red Wine
- Run Boy Run
- Steep Ravine
- Tellico
- The Andrew Collins Trio
- The Honey Dewdrops
- The Lil’ Smokies

In recent years, showcase artists have been given at least two prominent spots to perform during the conference, either during dinner or lunchtime presentations, or in the after hours Bluegrass Ramble events.
They were chosen from among dozens of acts who submitted applications for invited showcase consideration.
