Tony Trischka Lost live

| April 23, 2014 | 0 Comments

Tony Trischka sat recently for an episode of One On One, an online music video program created and produced by Ehud Lazin. The concept is to create intimate videos of performers, with no audience – just the artist and the recordist.

Here Trischka plays a solo version of his song Lost, one of the tracks on his latest CD, Great Big World. For those familiar with the album, it provides an interesting look at the banjo melody alone, as the recorded version is performed with a string section.

The video, recorded April 7 at City Winery in New York City, was debuted last week by American Songwriter.

A longer video segment can be viewed on YouTube, which includes several other tunes from Great Big World.
