After having to cut short her set on Thursday in Henderson, KY after falling ill, Rhonda Vincent was back on the bus yesterday. She made it for their show last night in Ohio, and says that she and the band are on their way now to the Milan Bluegrass Festival in Michigan.
Rhonda shared this comment about the incident yesterday on Facebook…
“Good Morning from Ohio. We perform in Greenwich, Ohio, today (Friday) at the Buckeye Bluegrass Festival. Wasn’t feeling well during the show last night in Henderson. My apologies to everyone there, as I had to leave the stage before our performance was over, and I wasn’t able to sign after the show.
“I slept 12 hours straight last night, so I hope it was only resulting from a hectic week recording & performing. … Thanks to all the folks in Henderson for their hospitality.”
She plans to check in with her doctor when she gets home on Monday. Let’s hope it was just a matter of burning the candle at both ends.
