2012 nominees for the Inspirational Country Music Awards have been announced, and are rife with familiar names for bluegrass fans.
The annual awards are distributed by the Christian Country Music Association, with winners to be announced during ICM week in Nashville this October.
Rhonda Vincent received a nomination for Female Vocalist, as did Dailey & Vincent and The Roys for Vocal Duo. Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver are nominated for Vocal Group or Band, and Andy Leftwich, Doyle Lawson and Ricky Skaggs picked up nominations in the Musician category. The Roys are also nominated for Entertainer of the Year.
Bluegrass gets its own category in the ICMA, and the nominees are:
