Rhode Island's Rock Hearts have named their newest member. Young Austin Scelzo has joined this group of veteran grassers on fiddle. Hailing from Connecticut, Austin teaches fiddle and violin, and heads up the Bluegrass, Country, and Roots Youth Club in Ridgefield,
