The Washington Bluegrass Association (WBA) is the sponsor of the annual Mt. St. Helens Bluegrass Festival held the 2nd weekend in August on the grounds of the Toledo High School in Toledo, WA. The WBA also publishes The Bluegrass Gazette – a quarterly newsletter. The website has many links and a calendar of bluegrass events in the Pacific Northwest.
