Mandolin and/or guitar. Performance, instruction, session work. Award winning mandolin player (first place at such festivals as Mt. Airy Fiddler’s Convention, Maury River Fiddler’s Convention, Watermelon Park Festival, Deer Creek Festival etc.

Bluegrass, Celtic, Old Time, Swing, Nepali, or “other” styles. One on one and group lessons available. Skype lessons also an option. Has taught at numerous instructional camps such as Common Ground Festival “Bluegrass Week” at Westminster College in Maryland, Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival, etc. Also a founding member of The Mountain Music Project (www.MountainMusicProject.com), which made an award winning documentary film and CD comparing the mountain musics and traditions of the Nepali Himalaya and the Appalachian musics of bluegrass and old time. With this project she has performed and/or lectured at National Geographic, the Rubin Museum in NY, The Asia Society- Washington DC, Asia Society-Houston, the Smithsonian Folklife Festival, and numerous Universities.
