Bluegrass Association for the Ottawa and St. Lawrence valleys covering the area between the Ottawa River and the St. Lawrence from the Quebec Border to Napanee, Ontario.
The associations sponsors jams, concerts and festivals and two publications.
It has a membership of 500 plus.
