The 3rd Annual Mountains of Music Homecoming features 9 unforgettable days of concerts and cultural events throughout Southwest Virginia’s The Crooked Road. Concerts celebrating old time, bluegrass, gospel, traditional singing and dance will be presented in dozens of communities where this musical heritage lives and breathes. The 2017 event celebrates ballad singing and the music of Scotland and brings unique opportunities to see guitar master concerts as well as a special Tribute to the Stanley Brothers featuring Ralph Stanley II, Ricky Skaggs and Larry Sparks.
