The Moore Brother’s Band, one of North Carolina’s top Americana bands will be making a rare Raleigh appearance at this year’s Cuegrass festival opening for the Malpass Brothers. The Moore Brothers perform at venues and festivals around the country, playing to packed crowds where ever they play.
It’s sure to be a great day of music and food as The Pit’s 9th Annual ‘Cuegrass Festival returns to the warehouse district of downtown Raleigh Saturday, April 15, with a jam-packed day full of great ‘cue, local brews and toe-tappin’ bluegrass music! They’re closing down the streets around The Pit and firing up the pig cookers to serve plenty of thier famous Eastern North Carolina-style barbecue and a selection of locally made beers.
It’s all for a good cause. We’re giving proceeds to SAFEchild and to the Junior League of Raleigh’s BackPack Buddies program, which helps provide children at Lacy and Hunter Elementary Schools with healthy weekend meals and snacks during the school year.
