Grassfire Festival returns to Nelson Ledges Quarry Park in Garrettsville, OH over 4th of July weekend 2025 with an extensive lineup of bluegrass heavyweights including Greensky Bluegrass, Del McCoury Band, Infamous Stringdusters, Railroad Earth, Yonder Mountain String Band, and more.
Set for July 3rd–6th, the festival will feature two sets each from Greensky Bluegrass, Infamous Stringdusters, and Rumpke Mountain Boys as well as performances by Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Steep Canyon Rangers, The Travelin’ McCourys, The Steeldrivers, Michael Cleveland, Kyle Tuttle Band, and David Mayfield Parade, plus special guests Fireside Collective, Henhouse Prowlers, Armchair Boogie, BrownChicken BrownCow String Band, The Steel Wheels, The Whiskey Drinks, Great River Revival, and Hunter Root, with more artists to be announced. Michael Cleveland, Kyle Tuttle, and David Mayfield will serve as artists at large, sitting in with different acts throughout the weekend.
Beyond the music, Grassfire Festival 2025 will offer a variety of family-friendly activities, including bluegrass workshops, kids’ programs, mesmerizing performances by Enfuego fire artists, and a fireworks and fire show by Phoenix Pyrotechnics. An array of food and craft vendors will also be on hand, and attendees can take advantage of Nelson Ledges’ natural beauty, enjoying swimming, rafting, cliff diving, snorkeling, hiking, and more.
