Foxfire Newgrass Band to perform at Sutton Ole Time Music Hour
For 37 years, the Foxfire Newgrass Band has been entertaining audiences with their unique flavor of “newgrass” music: music from any genre set to bluegrass style. Banjo player Kerry Stiles and bassist and lead vocalist Jim “Rooster” Pitts have been with the band since its inception in 1976. In 2004, guitar player Alan Bradshaw joined the group. The group is rounded out by mandolin and violin player Jim Reynolds, who joined in 2011.
