Springer Mountain Farms Chicken presents the Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver Bluegrass Music Festival May 11, 12 & 13. Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver will perform on both Friday and Saturday of the event along with Balsam Range, Russell Moore and IIIrd Tyme Out, Malpass Brothers, Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers, Becky Buller, Mark Kuykendall, Bobby Hicks and Asheville Bleugrass, Lonesome River Band, Dave Adkins, Deeper Shade of Blue, Flint Hill, Carolina Blue, Edgar Loudermilk, Darin & Brooke Aldridge, The Hatley Family, The Snyder Family Band, and Doyle will perform with his friend, Paul Williams on Saturday night. Denton FarmPark is a 170+ acre park with plenty of camping, permanent restroom facilities and showers, food and vendors will be located on the festival grounds. Also campground jamin’ may go on all night! Doyle will have his annual Golf Scramble on Thursday, May 11 – 10 am at the Asheboro Country Club cost is $50 per person including meal. Wednesday night there will be an open stage FREE to the public. BBQ Chicken meal will be served for $12 each.
On Saturday there will be a free Children’s area and Kids of all ages can ride the Handy Dandy Railroad for $6 each. Denton FarmPark is known for it’s family friendly atmosphere, so come and bring the whole family to the beautiful Denton FarmPark, Denton, NC
