The Southwest Traditional and Bluegrass Music Association (aka Southwest Pickers) requests will host the 46th Annual Bluegrass and Traditional Music Festival to be held in Red River, NM, August 13 – 15, 2021 featuring over 30 hours of Traditional and Bluegrass music, competitions and workshops. The festival is the largest event of this kind in the State of New Mexico and serves a
community of amateur, semi-professional and professional musicians and lovers of traditional music. It is unique in the northern NM area. In addition to live music performed by nationally recognized entertainers, the festival presents live on-stage entertainment and contests for amateurs.
Professional musicians will present workshops in Traditional and Bluegrass music for instruments, ensemble arrangement, and harmony singing.
