Terry Poirier will be hosting a fundraiser for WorldWideBluegrass.com in Lexington, KY on October 27. WorldWideBluegrass (WWB) broadcasts bluegrass 24/7 online with a mix of hosted and automated content.
In addition to playing bass with Kati Penn & Newtown, Terry hosts a weekly program at WWB, on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 a.m. ’til noon (eastern).
There is no cost to access the online stream, so the online station depends on donations from listeners – and fundraisers like Terry’s on the 27th. It will be held at Willie’s Locally Known from 2:00-11:00 p.m., with a variety of bluegrass and old time music all day and into the evening.
All nine hours will be broadcast live online at WorldWideBluegrass.com.
If you enjoy the broadcasts from WWB and can’t be in Lexington for the show, donations are always accepted online.
