Gary Hultman of Birchdale, MN has been announced as the winner of the Harlow resonator guitar raffle which was conducted recently to benefit the Fayette County Humane Society in Ohio.
Joe Mullins drew the winning ticket at MyClassicCountry in nearby Xenia from among the 285 $20 tickets that had been purchased.
