Our poll for this next week involves your plans for attending bluegrass festivals and shows this summer.

None of us need to be reminded that money is tight during this down economy, and making decisions about getting out to our favorite festivals might be harder than usual.

Please let us know how your own summer music choices are being affected by the economy.

This poll ran from June 21, 2012 through June 28, 2012

The questions in this poll tend to assume a worsening economic situation. Since attendance appears to be up almost everywhere, the responses are more likely to reflect the respondent’s political preconceptions than their knowledge of economic conditions or their actual spending habits. If we could possibly get to more events, we would, but our schedule as already pretty full.

Ted, I think we all have a pretty good handle on our economic conditions, regardless of our political beliefs. No one needs to tell folks how their money is flowing in and out.
