Two new videos

Here are a pair of new videos, while not from specifically bluegrass acts, show the influence that traditional string band music of many kinds has on contemporary artists.

This first is a minor key remake of the classic Stars Fell On Alabama by Tara Nevins, whose new CD Wood And Stone has been recently released on Sugar Hill Records.

And here is a video from The Black Lillies, fronted by singer/songwriter Cruz Contreras who made a name for himself touring with Robinella in the mid-2000s. The song is Two Hearts Down from their 100 Miles Of Wreckage project.
