Trinity River Band announces new single

Trinity River BandBetter Than Blue is the new new single, out today, from Trinity River Band. The family bluegrass group from North Florida had recently signed with Orange Blossom Records, and this is their first release together.

The band is fronted by Sarah Harris on mandolin and lead vocals, assisted by the rest of the talented Harris clan. Dad (Mike) is on guitar, Mom (Lisa) on bass, with siblings Josh on banjo and Brianna on fiddle. They’ve been playing and singing together for the past six years since the younger sibs followed big sis Sarah when she started learning to play.

The song is a new one from Larry Cordle and Lisa Shaffer, and the Harris’s introduced it with this slightly quirky video.

Here’s a taste of the track, which is available for download purchase now from the Trinity River web site, and in iTunes.

Radio programmers can download the single from Airplay Direct.
