Richard Keldsen of Saga Music at Summer NAMM

Event Details

Terry Herd caught up with Richard Keldsen of Saga Music at this past weekend’s Summer NAMM show in Nashville.

Saga is the parent company for such popular bluegrass instrument brands as Blueridge Guitars, Gold Star banjos, Regal resonator guitars, and Kentucky mandolins.

In this interview, Richard gives a quick glimpse at how he went from a youngster captivated by the sound of Earl Scruggs’ banjo to one of the largest importers of stringed instruments in the world.
