Nice chat with the Baucoms

During IBMA week in Raleigh last month, we had the chance for a nice chat with Cindy and Terry Baucom, both of whom had a busy World of Bluegrass. Terry took home the 2013 Recorded Event of the Year award for the song What’ll I Do from his current Never Thought Of Looking Back CD, and Cindy serves on the IBMA’s Board of Directors, and was intimately involved in the planning for their first year in Raleigh.

We still have a few more video interviews from WOB yet to post. Look for them in the days to come.

Thanks for the kind words, Guys! It was an honor to do this project and to be included with so many talented musicians..I’m looking forward to doing more..what Cindy said was true..I’m so pleased to hear from folks via social media who are fans!
Unfortunately, I was unable to attend WOB this year due to scheduling conflicts. I would have enjoyed so much seeing Terry receive the Recorded Event of the Year..( Way to go, Bauc!)
I’m laying plans now to attend next year, perhaps also hiking in N.C. — Combining two great loves, hiking and music…
