My Baby Thinks He’s A Train from Sweet Dixie

Event Details

A first single has been released to radio from the upcoming Bill Emerson & Sweet Dixie project, The Touch Of Time.

The album hits January 31 on Rural Rhythm, but radio programmers can download the single, My Baby Thinks He’s A Train, from Airplay Direct. The song, by Leroy Preston, was a hit in 1981 for Roseanne Cash, reprised here by Teri Chism for Sweet Dixie.

In addition to Chism on bass and Emerson on banjo, the group consists of Wayne Lanham on mandolin, Jenny Obert on fiddle and Chris Stifel on guitar.
