Sideline is one of those groups that bluegrass has seen many of in its short history. They started out as a special project band, getting together a few times each year as the members, many of whom were otherwise committed to full time groups, had holes in their schedules.
But before long, it became more of a going concern, until the point was reached where they were ready to record and tour as a regular group. Any now Steve Dilling, Skip Cherryholmes, Jason Moore, and Brian Aldridge have a second album coming soon on Mountain Fever Records.
A first single is now available, Mountain Girl from Jake Landers. It’s a masher.
