Merry Christmas from The Bluegrass Babies

rehearsingThe Bluegrass Babies are back with a precious Christmas video for 2012. If you have young children, siblings, nieces and nephews, or grandchildren, they are certain to enjoy these musical musings.

The Babies are the brainchild of British children’s book illustrator Caroline Roberts, and Paul Castle of The Rosinators.

Caroline shared a few words about this updated version of Jingle Bells, with their delightful bluegrass vibe.

bgbcard.2Unhappy with last year’s rushed seasonal special released late on Christmas Eve, the Babies have re-shot their take on this Christmas classic giving fans plenty of time to enjoy and share the fun before the big day arrives.

In addition, following complaints from fans about the exclusion of master hoofer Dwight Quackman, they are happy to confirm that he has been reinstated and has brought along his winter partner, Rockin’ Robin to add a few foot stomping licks. The Babies are also proud to be introducing a big new talent on the scene, prize winning fiddler “The Mighty Min” from Illinois who makes her video debut with the team.

So sit tight, hold on to the reins and get jingling!
