Video from last night’s performance by Jerry Douglas on The Late Show with David Letterman is now available on the CBS web site.
Jerry offered up a bluesy version of Leadbelly’s On A Monday, with Del McCoury at his side singing harmony, just as he did on Douglas’ upcoming album, Traveler. Letterman’s colorful musical director Paul Shaffer joined them on keyboards, as did Jerry’s touring band musicians Luke Bulla on fiddle and Omar Hakim on drums.
