Free download from Jim Lauderdale

Today (6/21) is the official release date for Reason And Rhyme, the latest CD from Nashville maverick Jim Lauderdale. It’s his third all-bluegrass release, and also his third writing with Robert Hunter, bluegrass collaborator with Jerry Garcia in the pre-Dead days, and eventually a primary lyricist for the band.

The CD was recorded with a kickin’ Music City rhythm section (Kohrs, Vestal, Crouch, Hess, Compton, Weaver), with Jim’s distinctive, throwback vocal style out front.

To mark the release, Sugar Hill is offering a free track download in exchange for your email address. It’s the song Love’s Voice from Reason And Rhyme.
