Big changes afoot…

OK… no more hinting and teasing. The long-awaited day is just around the corner.

On Tuesday, September 6, The Bluegrass Blog will become Bluegrass Today in the first stage roll out for this exciting new online project.

Longtime readers already know that my founding blog partner, Brance Gillihan, has left the music world to become a fisher of men. In his wake, we have assembled a new team that will take the news gathering mission of Bluegrass Today to new heights, and add several new features to aid in fostering communication, establishing the historical record, and expanding the market for our beloved bluegrass music.

Posting here will be a bit light Thursday and Friday, and there will be no new posts after that. All existing content will be available through the Labor Day weekend, but everything will switch over on Tuesday. At that time, all content from The Bluegrass Blog will reside at Bluegrass Today.

We can’t wait for you to see the new site, and hope our loyal readers will take full advantage of the opportunities it will offer.
