That’s right, folks. Alan Jackson is traveling to New York with his Bluegrass Album band to perform music from his new record at a concert tonight at Carnegie Hall. Assisting will be the same bluegrass all-stars who tracked with Jackson this Spring: Adam Steffey on mandolin, Sammy Shelor on banjo, Rob Ickes on reso-guitar, Tim Crouch on fiddle, Scott Coney on guitar and Tim Dishman on bass. Providing harmony vocals will be Ronnie Bowman and Don Rigsby.

Then, on Tuesday, they’ll be the featured musical guests on The Late Show with David Letterman, airing on CBS at 11:35 p.m. (ET). The music segment typically occurs at the end of the program, somewhere around 12:30 a.m.
