2013 Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame inductees named

The Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame inductees for 2013 have been named. In seven categories, they are Lester Flatt (songwriter), Bluegrass Unlimited – Pete Kuykendall (Media and Scholar), Norman Blake (Sideman and Regional Musician), The Stoneman Family (Pioneer Artists), Andy Griffith (Nationally Known Artist), Kyle Creed (Luthier), and Jimmy Church And the Gems (Sidemen and Regional Musicians).

Inductions will take place on Saturday, June 8, at the Stone Center for the Performing Arts in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m., the dinner is at 6:30, and the ceremony commences at 7:15.
